I am Vanessa B. Tominez, the woman behind Kit Virtual Services. I am a freelancer for hire and I am here to help your business grow.

​

In the year 2008, I graduated as a student with finance, management, and accounting major. I dream before working in a bank as a bank teller but destiny did not bring me there.

​

I worked for almost 15 years in both private and government companies. From there, I was exposed to different jobs which particularly more focused on data entry, sales, marketing, and customer service. I also worked as a part-time affiliate marketer before where I learned a lot when it comes to the online world. I have experienced in creating a simple website, landing page, opt-in page, running organic and paid campaigns in social media, email automation, etc. A big thank you to my Filipino mentor and coach, Coach Benny Molinas that based in the US. I owed a lot to him for all the learnings, knowledge, and right mindset that I acquired when it comes to online sales and marketing because he shared his expertise with us for free. In other words, I acquired the skills through self-learning with no professional training only the guidance of a mentor and coach.

I loved art, music, travel, reading e-books/ books, reading informative articles, and watching videos over the internet. I enrolled in an online freelancing course last October 2020 to shift my career from the corporate world to work from home set up, to hone my existing skills and bring it online. Most of all, I want to help business owners and clients in their day to day business routine.

I am a college student before and as part of our curriculum in school, I rendered on the job training in one bank here in the Philippines. I assisted the bank employees in filing bank documents for proper compilation.

2. Cashier

Negros Golden Heritage Co, Inc. / September 2008- September 2009

I am a Cashier employee in grocery and dry good sections responsible for receiving customer cash, check, credit invoice, gift cards, et. al as a mode of payment for their purchased goods.

 

3. Data Encoder

Bureau of Plant and Industry - National Seed Quality Control Services / January 2010- February 2011

I am a job order employee responsible for typing, preparing, and encoding all reports or analyses of our office.

4. Registration Clerk

Du Ek Sam, Inc. / June 2011- May 2012

I worked in an appliance and motorcycle Dealer Company where I am in charge of processing the documents like new registration and renewal of purchased motorcycles including company services, insurances, and other related documents. I was promoted to Receptionist after one year.

5. Receptionist 

Du Ek Sam, Inc. / May 2012- August 2014

I worked on the same company as a Receptionist where I am in charge of all sales invoices, delivery receipts, contracts, and other supporting documents pertaining to sales and credits.

6. Spare Parts Custodian

Du Ek Sam, Inc. - Honda 3’S / August 2014- June 2016

I worked in a motorcycle Dealer Company exclusively for the honda brand where I am a spare part custodian. I am in charge of selling, ordering, and promoting honda motorcycle parts to customers. I also handle all the inventories and reports that to be submitted to our supplier and company as well.

I worked in a small construction firm as a job order employee where I am in charge of filing and processing contracts for private projects of the company.

 

8. Customer Service Representative

Teletech/ September 2019- January 2020

Handling customer inquiries, orders, membership account, and other concerns over the phone.

 

9. Apprentice (Assembler/Production Operator)

Artesyn/ March 2020- September 2020

I rendered the apprenticeship program under TESDA as a "Front-of-Line Operations NCII" or "Production Operator" in one of the electronic companies here in the Philippines. I assembled electronic parts for our clients in the US.

 

10. ONLINE MARKETER/AFFILIATE MARKETER

I am a part-time online marketer who promoted local products here in the Philippines like food cart franchising before and real estate property in the present. The way I promoted the product was online using social media platforms. Also, I do affiliate marketing where I promote international products by using social media, landing page, opt-in page, and sales funnel before.

11. LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT

Now, I am a part time licensed financial consultant or Insurance Agent here in the Philippines offering both traditional and variable life insurances to Filipinos. An independent contractor to one of the leading life insurance company in our country, Pru Life UK. I worked in a flexible hours at home where I enjoyed the work and life balance.
